Overview

The company currently wishes to recruit a highly skilled, motivated and driven operative to be based on our Dungannon Primary Site within our Loading Bay team. Essentially, we are seeking a determined and committed individual who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.

 

This role operates on a Monday to Friday basis.

Responsibilities

The Role:

  • Unloading lorries and weighing product in;
  • Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure – servicing Large and Small Boning Halls;
  • Working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Break down sides of beef & lamb using a knife;
  • Work in a chilled environment;
  • Work as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements
  • Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.

Qualifications

The Person:

 

Essential:

  • Possess good communication skills;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service;
  • Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand

 

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the food industry
