The Role:

As an FSQ Compliance Manager, you will:

• Oversee audits, hygiene, and quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead internal audits, manage traceability, and drive the development of our quality system.
• Act as a key liaison with senior management, directors, and customers, providing essential information and support.
• Ensure continuous improvement in food safety culture and employee development across the site.
• Deputise for the Site FSQ Manager as needed.

The Candidate:

To excel as an FSQ Compliance Manager, you should have:

• Proven experience in food safety and quality management, ideally at a technical manager level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster positive relationships across departments.
• Qualifications such as Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 3, and formal certification in VACCP/TACCP.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of regulatory and customer standards.
• Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
