Industrial Cleaner Trainer

We are currently seeking to recruit an Industrial Cleaning Trainer for the Hygiene Department. Reporting to the Hygiene Manager you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective cleaning and training service.

To provide dedicated training across both sites to:

• New employee during on boarding
• Environmental compliance and improvement projects
• Dismantle relevant production equipment to enable deep cleaning
• Ensure that provisions such as PPE and tools are well maintained and used in the correct manner.
• Training to specified cleaning methodologies and best practice
• Motivate and mentor the cleaning team.
• Responsible for providing high quality of cleaning
• Cleaning chemicals used as instructed in a safe manner;
• Be able to follow a planned cleaning schedule;
• Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance;
• Ensuring the Team work to the Safe Working Procedures and monitoring the workplace to prevent unsafe acts and behaviors;
• Assist supervisors in day-to-day duties and be able to cover supervisors in their absence for both sites.

• Communication and organisation skills;
• The ability to work to tight deadlines;
• Flexible and able to work overtime as and when required to meet factory demands.
• The ability to maintain and improve on our high levels

This role operates on a Monday – Friday basis (evening shift).
