As a GAST Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining the SharePoint Online environment
• Supporting and administering the ERP system
• Providing help desk support to end-users
• Assisting in ERP module implementation and customisation
• Developing and delivering training materials and sessions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvements
• Monitoring system performance, security, and data integrity
• Documenting system configurations and best practices

The ideal GAST Support Engineer will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online administration
• Strong understanding of ERP systems
• Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of IT security best practices
