Responsibilities

HR APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR – CIPD - People Practice (Foundation Certificate)

 

What will you learn? What skills will you gain? 

 

Business, Culture and Change in Context - In this unit, you’ll learn how the digital and commercial environment impacts businesses and the context within which they operate, as well as learn more about workplace culture and how people’s behaviour shapes it.
You’ll also gain insight into how people professionals affect individuals in different ways and the importance of how focused project planning directs change.

 

Core Behaviours for People Professionals - This unit covers the core behaviours expected of people professionals, focusing on how ethical practice creates value within organisations.
You’ll gain insight into various customer-focused business approaches using ethical principles.You'll then evaluate and reflect on contemporary ethical values with the aim of consolidating and improving your professional knowledge, skills and experience.

 

Principles of Analytics - In this unit, you’ll discover how evidence-based practice motivates business outcomes and learn how such measures are applied within your organisation.
You’ll learn the importance of data analytics and the various measures that are used to inform effective decision making, including critical thinking skills and common calculations.

 

Essentials of People Practice - This unit will teach you the fundamentals of people practice, ranging from the employee lifecycle to employee policies and law.
You’ll learn different recruitment and selection methods and how to attract and shortlist candidates, as well as gain insight into the meaning of diversity and inclusion in relation to recruitment and employee relationships.
