Overview

The company currently wishes to recruit a highly skilled, motivated and driven Multiskilled Engineer with electrical bias, to work as part of the Dunbia Dungannon Retail maintenance team. This represents an excellent opportunity to develop a maintenance career within a dynamic, fast – moving production environment. The successful candidate will report to the Retail Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Fault diagnosis, repair and upkeep of equipment, specialising in an electrical discipline, with experience in the other discipline.
  • Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are followed and completed.
  • Provision of technical support and general maintenance of the site.
  • Working with electric, hydraulic and pneumatic operated equipment.
  • Support in identifying process improvement.
  • Carry out all other electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Assisting in the general upkeep and repair of the factory facility.
  • To ensure continuous operation of all factory utility systems.
  • Maintain and promote high standards and quality of work.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures and health and safety practices are followed.
  • To ensure all systems are operating in a safe and efficient manner as designed.
  • This is a Monday to Friday two shift working pattern.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience of working in a production environment desired.
  • Time served in electrical discipline, with experience in the other discipline.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Flexible approach to working patterns.
