• Maintain and support the existing Access Control and T&A setup
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

• Ensure projects adhere to organisational policies and best practices
• Collaborate with teams to enhance system performance and user experience
• Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity

The ideal Business Analyst will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT/Access Control environment
• Familiarity with IT Support systems
• Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals
• Strong understanding of Access Control and T&A systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and processes
