As part of our mission to produce the finest lamb from naturally sustainable sources, we are looking for reliable, motivated Loading Bay Operatives to join our Llanybydder team. In this role you will play an essential part in ensuring that our customer orders are completed on time and to their specification. You will work within a supportive fast paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys a busy, movement-filled workday.

Your Main duties will include

• Using a mixture of manual and semi-automated handling to maneuver beef and lamb carcasses across departments or load onto lorries
• Assess carcass quality and monitor and record stocks
• Working with the team to achieve departmental targets
• Scanning labels and applying marks to carcasses per customer specification
• Liaising with other departments to ensure issues are resolved
• Opportunity to learn knife skills
• Abiding by a ‘clean as you go’ policy
• Maintaining the fast-paced environment in line with production needs
