Your main duties will include:

• Playing a key role in the early stages of the food supply chain.
• Trimming, sorting and preparing products.
• Working alongside a team of experienced abattoir butchers and general operatives
• Ensuring that all customer and company specifications are met.
• Keeping your work area clean and organized at all times, following our ‘clean as you go’ policy.
• Promoting and maintaining excellent Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards
