A vacancy has arisen for a full time Administrative Clerk to join our Customs Clearance Team at Dunbia Llanybydder site.   This role will be part of the Group Customs Clearance function and will be part of and interact with the team across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Slaughter Hall Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in the effective and efficient running of the Lairage Department at Dunbia (Dungannon) Primary for Beef and Lamb processing.

Management of the NPD process to ensure new and re-developed products are launched successfully, delivered efficiently and in a timely and cost-effective manner for the business in line with customer codes of practice and in conjunction with all appropriate stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who have a desire to produce better food naturally.   As a Payroll Assistant/Administrator you will be responsible for collating and submitting the weekly payroll file for processing, working with managers to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided.   The successful candidate will report to the Regional HR Manager. Standard hours would be 8.30 - 17.00. This is a site based roleMonday to Friday. Salary £26,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager – We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to help support the Engineering Operations on our Shifts 1 & 2 Retail Production Department. We welcome recently qualified candidates starting out in their career who want to develop and progress with the business.   The hours of week will be:   Shift 1 Monday              6am – 6:30pm Tuesday             6am – 6:30pm Wednesday        4pm – 11:30pm Sunday              6am – 3pm (overtime required if production runs on).   OR   Shift 2 Wednesday        6am – 3:30pm Thursday           6am – 6:30pm Friday                6am – 6:30pm Saturday            6am – 12.30pm (overtime required if production runs on).       The pay rate = 39hrs @ £16.11 per hour basic rate + £40 weekly bonus all overtime paid at 1.5x basic rate
