Reporting to the Quality Manager, we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can work as part of our Food Safety & Quality team in our Primary Factory (Boning and Slaughter Halls). We are currently seeking to recruit an Industrial Cleaner for the Hygiene Department. Reporting to the Hygiene Manager you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective cleaning service.

Working within the packing area within the Abattoir. Will be responsible for packing offal and help support the hall for a temporary period.   Once this period is completed, will transition to the hall itself to complete daily tasks. This can include trimming; reading ear tags; hygiene. This is not an exhaustive list and will be discussed with you if you complete a site tour.  

Overview:   Working at the West Devon Abattoir site in Hatherleigh. The Hygiene Operative will be ensuring the production areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Rotating between different zones on a monthly basis.   Full training is provided on site to ensure that the individual is competent in all areas of the role.  

Loading Bay Operative is a role working within the operations department. It involves ensuring the continuous movement of the operation whilst ensuring quality is produced for our customers. There are multiple roles that can be completed and we ensure rotation within the department to enhance your skills and development with us as a company.
